What is Coolposts
Plan, publish and measure your social media from one place.
Coolposts is where you plan, publish and measure your social media. You write a post once, choose the networks it goes to, and Coolposts publishes it at the time you set.
What you can do
- Calendar: see every scheduled and published post by week, month or as a list, and drag posts to move them.
- Publishing: photos, carousels, videos, Reels and Stories, with a different text per network when you need it.
- Inbox: comments and messages from your accounts in one place, answered as the account.
- Analytics and reports: how each post and account is doing, and client reports as PDF or PowerPoint.
- Bio page and links: a link-in-bio page and short links with their own statistics.
- Design tools: make or edit images in Canva or Adobe Express, or bring them from Google Drive, without leaving the post.
Brands and accounts
Everything is organised by brand. A brand is one business or client, with one account per network: one Instagram, one Facebook page, and so on. Agencies add a brand per client and switch between them in the side bar.
