Create and schedule a post
Write once, pick the networks, and publish now or at the time you choose.
- Open the Calendar and press New post, or click a day in the calendar.
- Under Post to, choose the accounts it goes to.
- Under Media, press Add: upload from your device, pick from Google Drive, design in Canva or Adobe Express, or use stock photos. Drag the tiles to change their order.
- Write the text. Press customize under it to write a different text for one network.
- Check the preview on the right: there is one tab per network.
- Choose the day and time, then press Schedule. You can also Publish now or Save draft.
Stories
Turn on Share as a Story to post one photo or video as an Instagram or Facebook Story. Stories don't use the text, the first comment or links.
If something can't be published
Each network has its own rules (sizes, video length, number of photos). The editor shows what doesn't fit before you schedule, and Coolposts emails you if a scheduled post fails so you can fix it in time.
