Connect your social accounts

Coolposts publishes and reads statistics through each network's official connection. You sign in to the network yourself; Coolposts never sees your password.

Connect an account

1. In the side bar, pick the brand, then open Channels & settings.
2. Under Connect a channel, press the button for the network.
3. Sign in to the network and allow access. You come back to Coolposts with the account connected.

Instagram needs a professional account (Business or Creator). Facebook connects Pages, not personal profiles.

One account per network

A brand holds one account per network. To use a second Instagram account, add another brand for it, or disconnect the current one first.

Disconnect an account

In Channels & settings, press Disconnect next to the account. Coolposts deletes its access straight away. See Delete your data for what happens to the data we stored.
