Post list and bulk actions

The List view shows the month's posts in a table. Use it to review the month at a glance and to change several posts at once: move them, duplicate them, give them a campaign or delete them.

Open the list

1. In the Calendar, press List at the top right.
2. Use the arrows to change month.

Drafts without a date come first, then the rest by date. Each row shows the Date, the Post, the Channels, the Status and the Campaign. Click the text to open the post. Filters and saved views apply here too (see Calendar views and saved views).

Change several at once

1. Tick each post's box, or the one in the header to tick them all.
2. A bar appears at the top with the number selected. Choose the action.

• Move: type how many days and press Move. Each post keeps its time. Use a negative number to bring them forward.
• Duplicate: makes a copy of each as an undated draft, on the same accounts, with the text and media. TikTok's options have to be chosen again.
• Campaign: type the name and press Set campaign. With the field empty, press Remove campaign.
• Delete: confirm with Delete. They go to Deleted posts (the bin icon at the top), where you can restore them for 30 days.

Press Clear to untick them all.

What can't be changed

Coolposts applies the action to each post on its own. If one can't be changed, the others still are, and a message tells you how many failed and why. For example:

• Posts that are already published can't be moved or deleted from Coolposts. Delete them on the network.
• Drafts without a date can't be moved.
• You can't move a post to a time that has passed.

You can duplicate up to 50 posts at once, and move, delete or change the campaign of up to 200.
