Calendar views and saved views

The Calendar shows all of the brand's posts, scheduled and published. You can see them by week, by month or as a list, filter them, and save the filters you use most as views.

Week, month and list

At the top right, pick Week, Month or List. The arrows take you to the previous or next period, and Today brings you back to the current one. Coolposts remembers the last view you used in that browser.

• Week: each day by the hour. Click a free hour to create a post at that time.
• Month: the whole month. Click a day to create a post at 19:00. If a day has more than three, press +N more to open that week.
• List: every post of the month in a table. See Post list and bulk actions.

Drafts without a date appear in a bar above the calendar, under Drafts without a date:.

Move a post

Drag the card to another day or time. In the week view you drop it on the time you want, in 15-minute steps; in the month view the day changes and the time stays.

• Drafts, scheduled posts and failed posts can be moved. A failed post you move is scheduled again.
• Published posts can't be moved, and you can't drop a post on a time that has passed.

Filter

1. Press an account's icon at the top to hide or show its posts.
2. Press Filters to pick one or more statuses (Draft, Scheduled, Published, Partly published, Failed) or a Campaign.
3. To clear everything, press Show everything (channels too).

Saved views

A view saves the accounts you see and the filters, under a name.

1. Set up the calendar with the accounts and filters you want.
2. Press the button next to Filters. It shows the name of the current view, All posts at first.
3. Type a name under Save these channels and filters as a view and press Save.

To use a view, pick it in the same menu. To delete one, hover over it and press the ×. Views are shared with everyone working on the brand. They don't save whether you're in week, month or list.
