Content library

The library keeps posts as templates so you can reuse them: a format you repeat every week, a promotion that comes back every season, a text that works. Each brand has its own library.

Save a template

1. In the Calendar, click any post to open it. It can be a draft, a scheduled post or one already published.
2. Press Save to library.

The template keeps the text, the per-network texts, the first comment, the collaborators, the campaign, the accounts and whether it's a Story. It keeps its own copy of the media, so you can delete the original post without losing it. It takes the first line of the text as its name.

Open the library

Press Library above the calendar. A panel opens on the right with two tabs: Templates and Autolists. In Templates you can search by name or text. Each template shows its networks and how many times you've used it.

Use a template

• Drag it onto the calendar. In the week view, drop it on the time you want; in the month view, on a day (it goes in at 19:00).
• Press Use. An undated draft is created.

Either way the editor opens with a new draft, ready to adjust and schedule. The template doesn't change, and each use gets its own copy of the media. Only the accounts that are still connected are ticked. If it goes to TikTok in direct mode, choose its options again.

Delete a template

Hover over it, press Delete and confirm. Posts you already made from it don't change.

Publish templates automatically

With templates you can set up a queue that publishes itself at fixed times every week. See Autolists.
