Write with AI in your brand's voice

The AI writer writes a post's text from an idea, or reworks the one you already have. It follows the style you set for each brand, so it sounds like you.

Write or rework a text

1. In the post editor, first choose the accounts under Post to: the AI takes those networks and their character limits into account.
2. Under the Text, press Write with AI.
3. To start from scratch, describe the post in a sentence and press Write.
4. If there's already text, under Rework the current text: pick an option: Improve, Shorter, Longer, More casual, More professional, Add emojis, Add hashtags, Fix spelling, In English or En español. You can also type your own instruction and press Apply.
5. Read the result and press Use this to put it in the post, Try again for another version, or Discard.

If you choose several accounts, turn on One version per channel to get a text adapted to each network. When you press Use this, each version goes to its account as a custom text (see First comment and options per network).

The AI writes in the language of your text or your request. It keeps your links, mentions and hashtags, and it's told not to invent products, prices or dates. Even so, check the facts before publishing.

Your brand's voice

1. In the side bar, pick the brand and open Settings.
2. Under AI writing style, describe who you are, your tone and the words you use or avoid.
3. If you want something different on one network, open Per network (optional) and write the note for that network. Only the networks you have connected are listed.
4. Press Save style.

Writing it in English often gives the most precise results, even when the AI then writes in your language.

Uses per month

Every time the AI writes counts as one use, including reworks and Try again. Uses are shared by all the brands and people in your workspace, and they renew on the 1st of each month.

• Pro: 1,000 a month.
• Custom: 3,000 a month.

The panel shows how many you've used this month.
