Your bio page
Create a link-in-bio page, edit it and see its visits and clicks.
The bio page is a page of links to put in your Instagram, TikTok or X bio. It brings together your buttons, your profiles and your latest posts, and counts visits and clicks.
Create your page
- In the side bar, open Bio page and press New bio page.
- Choose the Address: letters, numbers, dots, dashes and underscores.
- Write the Title and press Create.
The page is live straight away, at an address like coolposts.co/p/your-name. It starts with your Instagram photo, icons for the brand's connected accounts, your 12 latest Instagram posts and the brand colour on the buttons. You can change all of it afterwards.
Edit the page
The tabs are on the left and the preview, as your visitors will see it, is on the right. Changes aren't published until you press Save.
- General: the address, Add new posts automatically from your Instagram, and Duplicate page or Delete page. If you change the address, the old one stops working.
- Header: your photo or logo, the title and a subtitle of up to 300 characters.
- Buttons: buttons with a text and a link, titles that split them into sections, and forms. Drag them to reorder. A hidden button doesn't show on the page, but it isn't deleted.
- Icons: a row of icons for your profiles, your email or WhatsApp, above or below the buttons.
- Images: the grid. Upload images or add them From Instagram. Each one can lead to its own link; without one, the post opens on Instagram. The page shows the first 50.
- Appearance: themes, background (colour, gradient or image), font and button style.
When you create a post with photos or a video, under Bio pages you can pick the pages whose grid it joins when it's published, and the link it leads to. Forms are covered in Forms and conversions.
Visits and clicks
The list of pages shows visits and clicks for the last 30 days. Inside a page, the Stats tab shows visits, clicks on each button, image and icon, where people came from, and their countries and cities. You can Export CSV. Only people are counted: bots and link previews aren't.
Limits
The Free plan includes 1 bio page and stats for up to 30 days. On paid plans you can create as many pages as you like and see up to 180 days.
