Client reports

Reports turn your analytics into a PDF or PowerPoint with your client's logo and the sections you choose. You can download them whenever you like or email them every month.

Your reports

In the side bar, open Reports. You see the brand's reports, newest first: the ones you saved and the ones the monthly email sent (marked Emailed). Click one to see its period, language and sections, download it with Download (PDF or PowerPoint) or Delete it. A saved report doesn't change: it downloads the same months later.

Make a report

1. Press New report.
2. In Period and language, pick last month, This month, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Custom dates. Below it you see the period it's compared with.
3. Pick the Report language: English, Spanish, Portuguese or French.
4. Fill in the template (below).
5. Press Save report, or Download and pick PDF or PowerPoint. Both keep the report in Reports.

Templates

A template keeps, per brand, the Sections, the Report title, the Intro (optional, on the cover), the Logo (your client's or yours) and the monthly email. Pick one in Template or start one with New template…, then press Save template. You can also Duplicate or Delete it.

The sections are: Summary, Daily reach, Channels, Follower growth, Top posts, Website, Audience, Campaigns and Competitors. The logo can be PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG, up to 5 MB.

Monthly email

1. Turn on Email this report every month.
2. Pick the day (1 to 28) and the format, PDF or PowerPoint. It goes out from 9:00 in the brand's time zone.
3. In Send to, type up to 10 addresses, with commas between them.
4. In Replies go to, enter the address that gets replies; if you leave it empty, yours.
5. If you like, write the Email text. Otherwise the intro is used.
6. Press Save template. Nothing is sent until you save.

Each month it sends the report of the previous calendar month, in the template's language, with the main figures in the email. Each send is kept in Reports. Send me a test sends that same report to you only, without keeping it. The template shows the date of the last send and, if it failed, why.

Reports are part of the paid plans. The period can be up to 180 days. The numbers come from your analytics.
