Dashboards

Build your own views of the numbers, mix brands and networks, and share them with a link.

A dashboard is your own view of the numbers: you pick the figures, mix brands and networks, and share a link with clients.

Create a dashboard

  1. In the side bar, open Dashboards and press New dashboard.
  2. Give it a Name. If you have several brands, pick which ones go in; if you pick none, they all do.
  3. In Start from, pick Overview (followers, reach, engagement, a chart by day, top posts and every account) or Blank.
  4. Press Create.

At the top you pick the period (7, 30, 90 or 180 days, or Last month) and turn on Compare to see the previous period. The dashboard remembers both.

Add and change widgets

  1. Press Edit.
  2. Press Add a widget and pick the type: Number, Chart by day, Breakdown (by network, brand or account), Top posts, Accounts table or Note (your own text).
  3. Pick the Figure it shows and, if you like, a Title, the Brands and Networks it covers, and its Width.
  4. Press Add widget.

With Edit on:

  • Drag a widget onto another to put it in that place.
  • Drag a widget's right edge to make it wider or narrower (on wide screens).
  • Use the pencil to change a widget and the bin to remove it.
  • You can rename the dashboard and change its brands.

Changes save as you make them. Press Done when you've finished.

Share with a link

  1. Press Share link and turn on Public link.
  2. Press Copy and send the link.

Anyone with the link sees the dashboard, read-only, and can change the period. To leave a widget out, open it and turn on Hide from the public link; in edit mode it's marked Not on the link. Turn the switch off to close the link, or press Make a new link so the old one stops working.

In the ··· menu you can Duplicate or Delete the dashboard. Team members with the client role see dashboards but can't change them.

Limits per plan

Dashboards are part of the paid plans: up to 2 on Starter, 10 on Pro and 50 on Custom, for your whole workspace. Each dashboard holds up to 40 widgets.
