Plans and billing

Everyone starts on the Free plan. Paid plans are picked by how many brands you run, and you buy and manage them yourself from Coolposts. Only the workspace owner sees plans and billing.

What each plan includes

• Free: 1 brand, 20 posts a month (drafts don't count), analytics for the last 30 days, 1 bio page, 5 short links, 50 form contacts a month and 10 AI writes a month.
• Starter (5 or 10 brands): unlimited posts, 180 days of analytics, unlimited bio pages and short links, best times to post, conversions, comment → private message, client reports, API and MCP. 30 posts a month to one-click X, 300 AI writes a month, 2 dashboards, 10 competitors and 2 hashtag trackers per brand.
• Pro (15, 25 or 50 brands): everything in Starter, plus team members (editors and clients) and priority support. 100 posts a month to X, 1,000 AI writes, 10 dashboards, 30 competitors and 5 hashtag trackers per brand.
• Custom (more than 50 brands): everything in Pro, 300 posts a month to X, 3,000 AI writes, 50 dashboards, 100 competitors and 20 hashtag trackers per brand. Write to us to get it.

Prices

Price per month, in euros with taxes included, paid monthly / paid yearly (20% less, paid upfront):

• Starter: 5 brands 10 € / 8 €; 10 brands 18 € / 14 €.
• Pro: 15 brands 27 € / 21 €; 25 brands 43 € / 34 €; 50 brands 86 € / 65 €.

Buy a plan

1. Click your name at the bottom of the side bar → Plan & billing → See plans.
2. Pick Monthly or Yearly and how many brands on the plan.
3. Press Upgrade and pay by card on Stripe's secure page. You can add your VAT number and a promotion code.

Change plan, invoices and cancelling

In Plan & billing, press Manage billing. There you change plan or number of brands, update your card, download invoices and cancel. The same page shows what your plan includes and how much you've used this month.

If you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your brands, posts and pages stay; you just can't add brands above the limit. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over a few days: press Update card to keep your plan.
